Does anyone know how to take a nap anymore?  One of the greatest pleasures in life is the ability to relax enough to actually fall asleep, anytime.  Studies have shown that naps can increase productivity and alertness, mood and creativity. So why don't we do it more often?  Private Pampering needs to become something that is expected, not just a special occasion sort of thing.  Think how much happier the world would be if everyone was rested, not stressed.
