This book is a great example of a piece of evidence that can cross different waves at the same time. "How to Eat Like a Hot Chick" explores the concept of eating better to live better, but in a less than normal fashion. What makes it so Pacifiers is that the book tells you it's ok to sample, because all you need is a taste. It says that eating french fries is ok, because it looks cute. It's the diet book that comforts you with letting you know that what you're getting yourself into is sexy, even if it may not be exactlly diet food. Chocolate cake for breakfast and then spinach for lunch. (Do I smell a little Flexible Flux going on as well?) The book itself is actually very clever, and (coming from a guy) not a bad read, for a book that's completely Guys & Dolls, with some pacification thrown in along the way.
